Vitrak Technologies - Manager - Sales - B2B Vertical - Motor Insurance Domain (7-12 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Motor Insurance Vertical sales team in a B2B environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and managerial experience in the motor insurance industry, and a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Motor Insurance Vertical sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics that align with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the motor insurance vertical, including developing new relationships with prospective clients and maintaining existing relationships with current clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure their ongoing success and development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape, and share insights with the sales team and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in the motor insurance industry and 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and services, including pricing, underwriting, and claims management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales strategies, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
