Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Handling a team of 5 - 6 BE (Business Executives)
2. Updating reports including daily, weekly and monthly-Sales & Field activities.
3. Meet the doctors (along with team) to introduce the company brand.
4. Generating primary & secondary sales by following set processes
5. Giving Induction/Training to new BE in Head Quarter.
6. Maintain good relation with channel partners like Stockists & Chemists.
7. Achieve sales targets assigned to the area, territory wise, Brand wise
8. Finding innovative ways to achieve sales targets in a highly regulated industry
9. Be a regular part of knowledge update events and take advantage of networking opportunities.
Skills/Experience Requirements :
- B. Pharm/M. Pharm/B.Sc./M.Sc. would be preferred. Any other Graduate with Management
- Qualification would also be considered.
- A consistent record of achieving sales objectives is highly desirable.
