Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Utilize various lead sources, including online research, industry directories, and marketing campaigns, to identify and qualify potential business clients.
- Prospecting and Outreach : Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other remote communication methods to engage with prospects, introduce products and schedule meetings or demos.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing inquiries, providing ongoing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Track and manage sales opportunities, effectively progressing prospects through the sales funnel.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered, staying updated on features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management : Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, document interactions, track sales activities, and ensure accurate data management.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and competitive landscape through self-learning, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in handling US and Canada Market.
- Have experience in software selling.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic Graduate in any specialization
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
