Key Responsibilities: 

Role Description : 

Visual Merchandising :

- Should possess VM Skills - Aesthetics / Display / Space Management/ Interior Planning

- Will be responsible for Product Display for Color/Lighting/Space/ Product Info /co-ordination

- Should be clear in Implementing VM Principles & Ideas as for Easy Product Location/Self-select for the Customers/Creativity/Innovative ideas/season based display

- Should involve oneself in Customer Follow ups & Selling Skills - maintaining follow up register/ regular follow ups/converting the enquiries generated etc.

- Taking Initiative/ Enthusiasm - Suggestion/ Creative Ideas/Energy Level

- Team working & supporting other functions - shared goals / involvement / helping nature.

Customer Service :

- The VM has to attend to the Customers with a smile, greet cheerfully and understand their needs empathetically.

- He/ She has to listen actively all queries and objections of the customer and handle them efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer.

- The VM has to deal effectively with angry or discourteous Customers in a polite, but firm manner.

The VM has to develop and retain loyal customers by developing effective relations and maintaining their database and being in touch.
 
Consultative Selling :

- To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of suggesting / suitably recommending the products as per his needs and profile.

- To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision.

- To develop clear understanding of Customer's latent needs proactively and suggest add-on products.
