About the role : 

- A key member of the shoot/production/creative team.

- Managing the budget along with managers and work with specific as per shoots.

- Work on location, sets (more than one project at a time.)

- Hire key members of the crew, negotiating deals with vendors, heading the production.

- Rarely involved in the development of the project, but often play a crucial role in costing the production in order sets/locations.

- Need to get the finance approvals (PO) before every shoots, so supervising the preparation of the budget, and the day-to-day planning and running of the production.

- Work long hours. Or even an early start.

- In charge of all the business aspects of the physical production of projects.

- During pre-production, working closely with the creative team, managers, art director and other heads of department to prepare the production schedule and budget, and to set the shoot date.

- Oversee all other pre-production activities, including hiring the production team, setting up the studios, location scouting, and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes An enthusiastic and positive-minded person with an unambiguous attitude. Ultimately responsible for overseeing all activities, and for ensuring that the production is completed on time and within budget. This requires setting up and implementing financial monitoring systems, controlling production expenditure, controlling production materials, and monitoring and controlling the progress of productions.
