About the Role : Identifying the opportunities to enhance content quality to drive better customer experience.
Location : Andheri, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing Content on website and OTAs
- Comparing Prices and listing of competitive websites.
- Need to deal with online partners and build relationships.
- Content building
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring properties go live within TAT
- Ensuring photos and content is as per the brand guidelines
- Solution finding to issues related to content management
- Ensuring photoshoots are done within TAT
Skills Required :
- Fluent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
- High-level proficiency with internet & research
- High-level proficiency with MS Excel & PPT
- Team management
- Managing projects as per deliverables
- Time management
- Knowledge / Expertise on Google My Business (GMB) will be an added advantage
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor/ Master's degree in any related field with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience in content management is required.
