Roles & Responsibilities :
- Acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects and accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility manager and management companies
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls.
- Performing technical calculations to determine system requirements
- Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers needs
- Ensures that projects have permit drawings and have been engineered to meet current codes, utilizing engineering support when needed
- Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
- Perform complete and quality turnovers with project management after sales to support a successful job completion that meets scope definition and projected gross margins and customer expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualified with Diploma/BE Menchanical
- Experience 3 -5 Yrs in HVAC sales engineering, with a proven track record of success
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Good hands-on experience in Microsoft office tools.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software
- Familiarity with energy conservation principles
