Visheshagya - Customer Support Executive/Customer Care Executive (0-5 yrs)
1. Verbal and written communication with customers and vendors over calls, chat and email.
2. Answering calls from repeat and new overseas Customers.
3. Receive and log requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff and/or users.
4. investigate problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions to take. Prioritize requests in accordance with agreed criteria.
5. Ensure customer inquiries are answered professionally and promptly.
