Job Description :

- Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting warm leads and enquiries to prospects and sell individual and corporate cases performing the necessary checks to ensure full client eligibility.

- To talk to the client through calls, emails and face to face discussion, understand the clients profile and visa requirement and provide appropriate solutions based on client eligibility.

- Ensure all leads, potentials and cases taken are managed according to the Visas and Permits.com sales management processes and procedures

- Research and develop possible new services to be offered to clients

- Maintain a current knowledge of competitors products, services and prices and also keeps abreast of changes in immigration laws that affect our area of business.

- Delivery of outstanding client service which is paramount to not only the success of a case but is intrinsic to the culture and values of Visas and Permits.com.

- Ensure that all service levels agreed with the clients are achieved and improved upon where possible

- Manage client feedback and complaints proactively in line with Visas and Permits.com procedures

- Develop a solid understanding of all aspects of the services provided by Visas and Permits.com ensuring that you are able to complete all tasks effectively

- Understand and adhere to all Visas and Permits.com policies and procedures at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 2-3 years prior experience from any industry can apply.

- Excellent Communication Skills, Convincing Skills and problem solving Skills with ability to communicate at all levels.

- Strong selling and negotiation skills with a focus on Customer Service

- Self motivated, sales focused and result oriented professional with an ability to deliver under pressure

- Attention to detail, ability to retain high levels of concentration

- Should possess a Pleasing, Warm and Friendly personality with Professional Mannerism

- Passionate to learn and grow with the company
