Singapore inviting applications from Fresh HM Graduates for Customer Service Manager Profile. Get Placed in 4 or 5 Star Hotels in Singapore after training.
Job Responsibilities includ e:
1. Recruiting, training and supervising staff
2. Maintain an inventory of reservation, vacancies and room assignments.
3. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
4. Overseeing stock levels
5. Ordering supplies
6. Producing staff rotas
7. Handling customer enquiries and complaints
8. Taking reservations
9. Greeting and advising customers
10. Troubleshooting emergencies
11. Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
12. Handling administration and paperwork
13. Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
14. Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
15. Maintains master key control.
