We are hiring Visa Counselor for a registered Immigration Consultant Company, it has quite a fascinating story behind its inception.
The Job Role & Responsibilities :
- Should have basic knowledge about visa
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential candidates to prospect for new business
- Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities.
- Aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Keep regular follow up with clients for the immigration process
- Target oriented self-motivated
- Maximizing Conversion ratio
- Providing information about different visa processes over calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Leads gave by the Management.
- Training provided by the Company. Counseling clients. Acquisition of new Clients follows up with existing clients.
- Should handle entire Sales Development Cycle.
- Should be able to work under pressure of deadlines goals
- Meet revenue and bottom-line targets.
Ideal Candidate Key competencies :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
