Job summary :

- A visa counsellor is in charge of assisting clients with the steps necessary for successful visa or immigration applications. They are primarily responsible for supplying clients with pertinent information and resources, guiding the completion of required paperwork, submitting data on clients' behalf, and, if necessary, organising safe transportation for pets. They must be meticulous when filling out and submitting paperwork, staying current on immigration laws, warning clients of impending delays, confirming the legitimacy of documents, assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, assisting clients in finding shipping solutions, and creating service invoices.

Job description :

- Help clients who need visas for immigration, work, or education by offering advice and support.

- Determine a client's visa eligibility and offer advice on the best visa choices depending on their individual requirements.

- Assist customers in filling out visa application forms and collecting necessary paperwork.

- To ensure adherence to visa restrictions, examine and confirm the legitimacy of the supporting documentation.

- Keep clients informed of any modifications to visa policies and procedures.

- To help clients get ready for their visa application procedure, conduct dummy visa interviews.

- Respond to client questions and give fast, precise information about visa requirements and procedures.

- Keep thorough records of all communications with clients and visa applications.
