We have a potential opening for Sales Executive with Nhance now, a startup company. Please find the details below:

Sales Executive

Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Calling and prospecting into small and midsized companies via cold calling, networking, e-mail, direct walk-in as well as utilizing Internet information sources to build and maintain a strong database.

- Penetrate, prospect, qualify and schedule well-qualified appointments/demonstrations with key decision makers within - targeted- companies/regions.

- Exceed daily and weekly targets.

- Articulate NHANCE value proposition to key owners/decision-makers to assess needs and buying interest.

- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of NHANCE and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages of NHANCE to prospective customers for closing deals.

- Research on prospects, identify decision makers, educate prospects and close deals

- Extensive use of CRM tools to document and maintain accurate daily activities, contact and company information of all prospects and customers

- Conduct professional conversations and setup demos with appropriate high and mid-level contacts in prospect accounts

Our Best Fit:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in an outbound focused sales along with lead generation/cold calling/ sales/support/ customer services position

- Candidates with start-up experience who enjoy working in an agile start-up environment will be preferred.

- Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently while being a team player who possesses the desire and ability to work in an ambiguous yet fast paced, goal oriented sales environment

- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence

- Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and other tools

- Proven capabilities and skills in lead generation, appointment setting, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management.

This job is completely into Field Sales and IT Sales.
