Position : Digital Marketing Executive

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 2-3 years

Responsibilities :


- Execute customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and retargeting campaigns for web and app across channels: Google, Meta & any upcoming channels


- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI & ROAS with the help of A/B tests, data analysis, and identifying trends and insights.


- Drive New user acquisition while reducing CAC month-on-month


- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)


- Work with the design team to develop creative assets and messaging that resonate with the target audience.


- Monitor and regulate spending across channels based on data analysis and insights.

- Stay on top of key trends and best practices in digital marketing, the competitive landscape, and the industry to develop winning strategies.

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years' experience in Performance Marketing across Meta/Google or associated roles

- D2C or ECom industry experience is must

- Highly analytical in approach, combined with ability to glean consumer insights and derive action plans from those

- A passion for numbers

- Top notch problem-solving skills & Excel skills

- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability

Job Description :

- The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing strategy development and implementation for various online marketing initiatives for the organization. He/she will be a key driver of digital marketing innovation and capabilities including digital destinations, video, search, social media, digital events and mobile to deliver optimum customer experiences and return on marketing investment.

- The Digital Marketing Manager should be a thorough leader and will be required to lead digital strategy development and implementation aligned to business priorities across owned, paid & earned media formats.

- Head account management and be the owner of the entire relationship including project deliveries, business development and profitability for a set of clients.

- Thought leadership in developing innovative and efficient Marketing programs and delivering them as per client requirements (objectives, budget, timelines).

- Responsible for measuring and reporting impact of Digital programs and strategy to the clients at periodic intervals.

- Architect and implement digital marketing programs associated with key business goals including - lead generation, awareness, consideration, engagement, loyalty and conversion rates.

- Drive consistent user experience across digital destinations, mobile, video, social media and search.

- Develop agency strategy for digital capabilities including capacity and skills assessment. Provide subject matter expert feedback on digital marketing tools and processes, including lead generation, paid media, online content management and social media.

- Develop, adapt & execute multi-platform social media strategies, including but not limited to managing communities, editorial calendars, measuring digital footprint, building & maintaining blogger/community relationships.

- Responsible for achieving digital scorecard metrics and managing digital marketing budget.

- Develop social listening and learning framework to ensure customer insights are integrated into campaigns and customer engagement channels. Define and develop proof of concepts to test innovative tactics.

- Responsible for people development and building a strong and motivated team.

Desired Skills, Experience & Abilities :

- Highly self-motivated and detail orientated.

- Proven track record in 360-degree digital marketing experience; from managing corporate sites to full-scale social media.

- Managed a range of marketing budgets, from 50K USD budget to 500k USD campaign, with an ROI proven track record.

- Agency Management (from pitch, to negotiating scope of work, scorecard management, etc.).

- Good fundamentals in traditional marketing and business planning; must be comfortable working with remote and virtual team.

- Excellent relationship building skills with clients and colleagues.

- Strong negotiation skills and target orientated approach.

- Should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit & proven success in building new programs organically generating business results.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The enthusiasm and ability to motivate and inspire others, as both a leader and a team player.

- The ability to effectively prioritize, delegate and deliver in a high-pressure environment.

- The resilience to approach challenging issues with a positive and fresh outlook.

Additional Skills :

- Complete understanding of Website, UX Design, SEO Programs with Analytics.

- Certification in running campaign tools such as HubSpot, Oracle, Salesforce

- Ability to manage 10,000 to 50,000 B2B Contacts by planning multi-channel campaigns

- Conduct and Organize digital Events, Webinars, Podcasts by inviting influential speakers from the industry, Partner and Customer Ecosystems.

- Act as moderator or speaker interviewing professionals on the webinar, virtual meetings and events.

- Strong technology background to navigate the website forms, content, and widgets to suggest improvements to the development and UX Teams.

- Managing Leadgen through Digital Marketing Initiatives.
