- In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound Calls, Chat and Emails.
- Your role will require handling customer escalations & Complaints and you will be expected to communicate and explain effectively to the customers.
- You will be expected to switch between calls, chats & emails as per the requirement. We will prefer people with a technical bent of mind, who are able to resolve digital payment queries of the customers.
Required Candidate profile:
- A Customer Support must have
- Good command over written and spoken English
- Possess excellent listening skills
- Dedication towards the work
- Working knowledge of computers (basics of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint)
- Flexible to work in any shift timings
- Good comprehension skills
- Analytical & Probing skills
- Fresher with good communication may apply.
Shift Timings : 10:00PM-7:00AM
