Virtual Relationship Manager - Telesales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
VRM : Tele caller will be given leads to call from the organization, and they will also have to close the deal on prospect customers/clients.
- To here will target every month to achieve which is different designation wise.
- Candidate is expected to make 120-180 calls per day.
- Products are related to life insurance can be in terms of investment, guarantee, protection.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Measure identified KPIs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document call and sales
Must Criteria:
1. Candidate with Insurance sales experience with 1 Plus years of experience, most preferred would be Life insurance.
2. Tele callers is preferred as the role is of tele calling and sales.
3. Age Limit is 32
4. Gender : Male/Female.
4. Graduation compulsory.
5. No professional gap more than 3 months
6. Excellent communication skills
7. It's a sale profile, target oriented.
8. Fully vaccinated.
9. Candidate should have stable profile and not frequent job hopper.
