Job Description :
Role - Virtual Acquisition Manager (VAM) / Virtual Relationship Manager - Asst Manager grade
Key Responsibilities :
The following to be carried through remote digital media viz. phone call, email :
- Client Outreach - Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs.
- Relationship Management - To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
- Revenue Targets Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross- sales generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products.
- Need Graduate with 2-3 yrs of BFSI direct sales / Telesales experience with good communication skills
- Should be thorough about the job role
- Should be flexible working in different shifts etc..
- Should be good in Sales, conversion and relationship management
- Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
- Job Nature : Full Time
