Job Summary:

- Managing a team of tele sales representatives: You would be responsible for managing a team of tele sales representatives and ensuring that they achieve their targets and goals.

- Setting sales targets and goals: You would be responsible for setting sales targets and goals for the team and ensuring that they are aligned with the overall sales strategy and objectives of the organization.

- Training and development: You would be responsible for training and developing the team of tele sales representatives to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve their targets.

- Performance monitoring and coaching: You would be responsible for monitoring the performance of the team and providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.

- Sales forecasting and reporting: You would be responsible for forecasting sales and preparing reports related to sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tele sales

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong sales and negotiation skills
