Virtual Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-4 yrs)
India's Leading Banking is looking for a highly motivated Virtual Relationship Manager in Virtual Branch Banking Department in Ahmedabad.
Job Purpose:
The Virtual Relationship Manager is responsible for providing personalized banking and financial services to customers through virtual channels such as phone, email, video conferencing, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a thorough understanding of banking products and services.
Job Roles and Duties of Virtual Relationship Manager :
- Interact with customers virtually to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and solutions.
- Promote banking products and services to customers and provide assistance in account opening, loan applications, and other financial services.
- Proactively engage with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the bank to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless banking experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest banking regulations, products, and services.
Candidates Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
- Experience: 1 to 4 Years in Tele Sales and Marketing from any domain (Banking/Finance/Insurance/BPO/KPO etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, digital literacy, customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
