Virtual Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (1-10 yrs)
- Strengthening the relationship through cross-selling bank products and services based on the needs of the customer.
- Identifying asset opportunities for both internal and external portfolio customers. Existing customers can get high-end credit cards, multi- currency forex cards, and online mutual fund accounts.
- Identifying existing customers who fit the product criteria and elevating them to Priority status.
- Providing priority customers with high-quality, expert information on financial products. Assist in the development and maintenance of the bank's client base for existing and new customer relationships.
- Review and analyze customers' portfolios regularly to assist them in meeting their financial goals.
- "Service to Sales" and "Need-based Selling" approach for penetration and activation of various Bank products, to assure achieving the organisation
