Job Description
- Focus on the SIP Strategy as the key output
- Speak to Bank Branch Managers to assess the SIP engagement
- Support the Sales team with feedback based on the call they have with BM s
- Speak to Marketing Team at RO's to facilitate training programmes
- Use the Daily MIS to send the data to internal team ( CR ) and to CB
- Present basics of SIP / Products
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate and above with 2 years or work exp ( preferred with some basic work exp )
- Should have ability to work towards understanding our core products and concepts
- Should be clear while this is not a Direct B2C , the role and outcome is clearly sales oriented but through Banking Channel .
- Skills on MS Excel would be helpful
- Excellent and above par Communication skills Spoken and Written .
