We have multiple vacancies for the role of Phone Banking Inbound/Outbound & Virtual Relationship Manager In BANK @ Thane - Drives are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Criteria :
a. Experience : We can consider Graduate/post Graduate Fresher's for this role |
- Min 2 Years of Experience in Sales/Telesales with Excellent communication skills.
b. Fixed shifts: 9: 30 am to 6:30 pm.
c. Two weekly offs - one fixed off on Sunday and other one on any week day.
Phone Banking Officer
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To Attend the inbound calls of customers in Credit Cards and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction
- To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer - delight- and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
Virtual Relationship Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develops and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
- Deepens relationships sourcing family accounts
- Cross sells bank products & builds penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
