Virtual Relationship Manager - Customer Support - BFS (1-10 yrs)
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Qi Venture's offerings using scripts. Make phone calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.
- Interacting with HNI and UHNI clients and solving their quires and portfolio.
- Handle grievances/solve the issues and grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Maintaining the database of the clients on a regular basis. No tolerance towards any data security breach of any customer or company information.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
