Leading bank is looking for Virtual Rm for their contact center in Thane
CTC and Grade: up to 5 Lakh and M2(Deputy Manager)
JD:
- Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities over the phone.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
- Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Should be flexible working on rotational shifts and rotational week offs model.
- Should be residing in Central/Harbor suburbs of Mumbai.
