Job Description :
- Engage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationship
- Customer interactions to be duly updated in Bank system for audit trail and reference to future interactions
- Deepening of customer portfolio level benchmarks
- Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
- Enhancing customer wallet size
- Profiling Customer to increase wallet share
- Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make Bank as primary relationship
- Ensuring customer scoping being done with need based products suggested as hooks for deepening relationship Ensuring that customer scope is done and products targeted accordingly
- Service to Sales approach established for deepening relationship with family members and associates which have been grouped together
- Acquisition of New To Bank Customers
- To acquire new to bank customers from leads generated through marketing channel and various campaigns
- Referrals generated from existing customers
- Penetration of products across family groups
- Customer Query and Complaint resolution:
- Ensure query resolution of the customers by coordinating with service and operations team
- Resolving all complaints received from preferred customers within the stipulated TAT's
- Fulfilment of other objectives:
- To actively participate and contribute in fulfilment of other time bound objectives that department or organization may initiate from time to time.
