Job Specification:
- Virtual Account Manager is responsible to manage approx. 500 restaurants
- Payment issues
- Weekly payout
- Convincing for selling ads
- Convincing restaurants to apply discounts
- Convincing restaurants for combos
- Reducing cancellation percentage for high cancellation percentage restaurants etc.
- Experience Fresher/ Exp - 6M-1Y (Any Contact Centre Sales Experience)
Eligibility - Graduate/Undergraduate
- Excellent Communication Skills Required
