Virohan - Inside Sales Specialist (1-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counselling students on call, regarding courses and future of the healthcare industry
- Drive walk-ins to the campus
- Should also track and follow up on all sales leads
- Need to discuss the benefit of the brand and help guide the student to make the right decision for their future
An ideal candidate should have:
- Good listener: Asks the right questions to understand the customers needs
- Good at consultative sales: Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy
- Can handle sales pressure
- Good at communication (good in regional language); should have clarity in voice
- Open to take feedback; accept mistakes and failures
