Overview of the Role and Requirements :

- The content head is the backbone of Virohan's classroom with a vision of scaling operations across the nation.

Responsibilities :

1) Finalise the curriculum for courses taught as per the guidelines of Skill Sector Council.

2) Manage teacher schedule and the process of digitizing content taught in the classrooms as per the pedagogy to ensure effective classroom facilitation.

a. Creation:

i. Video - Process of video creation from scripting till editing.

ii. Print - Modules with theory and exercises.

iii. Presentation - Final packaging of Videos and Quizzes to run a guided classroom.

b. Review Process:

i. Technical review

ii. Format wise review

3) Implement the pedagogy, analyse response and improvise on the content based on feedback from teachers and students.

4) Conduct teacher training for creation of content as per the process and pedagogy.
