Job Summary:

As a School Sales Presenter, your primary responsibility is to effectively promote and sell educational products or services to schools, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering compelling presentations, demonstrating the value of our products or services, and building strong relationships with decision-makers within the educational sector. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging presentations to schools and educational institutions, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products or services.

Product Demonstrations : Conduct live demonstrations of our educational products or services, highlighting their effectiveness in enhancing learning outcomes and addressing the specific needs of educators and students.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key decision-makers. Understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate the educational market, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

Market Research : Stay informed about trends, developments, and challenges in the education sector. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for product improvement or expansion.

Proposal Preparation : Prepare customized proposals and quotations based on the requirements and preferences of prospective clients. Ensure that proposals are aligned with the educational objectives and budget constraints of the schools.

Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

Training and Support : Provide training and support to school staff and educators on the effective use of our products or services. Address any technical issues or questions they may have to ensure a smooth implementation process.

Attend Conferences and Events : Represent the company at educational conferences, trade shows, and other events. Network with potential clients, industry professionals, and stakeholders to promote our brand and generate leads.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Sound knowledge of educational products, teaching methodologies, and curriculum standards.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Education or related field.

- Previous experience in delivering educational presentations or training sessions.

- Familiarity with educational technology solutions and digital learning platforms.
