Vinsum Axpress - Manager - Business Development - Logistics Segment (1-4 yrs)
- Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs, promoting and selling services and maintaining sales goals and objectives.
- Developing New Business Avenues & marketing for Your Region.
- To ensure On -Time Payment Collection for existing as well as new business as per the company policy.
- Keen involvement in day to day operations in order to overcome client escalations & short out the matter.
- Responsible for Freight Rate Negotiation/ finalization & implementation at branch level & follow-up at HO level.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate up-selling opportunities for the company's products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, services demonstrations on daily basis.
- Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.
- Will be responsible to handle team & individual targets.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
