Vinkom Solutions - Technical Sales & Support Role (1-7 yrs)
Candidate would be responsible for answering calls from US. Call with issues of Computers issues, Email, Printer Router, Mac calls, Mixed calls, Turbo-tax, Quicken, Intuit.
Candidate:
- Should need to have a target oriented approach.
- Should have very good very good communication and comprehension skills.
- Should have prior experience in Sales/ Tech sales (US or UK based)
- Should be open to work in US shift for fixed 5 day(Monday- Friday) with window working shift (6Pm - 9AM )- 3 working shifts
- Should be open to work in sales oriented target based environment.
- Should be good in convincing skills
