Vinkom Solutions - Executive - Customer Care (1-5 yrs)
1. Should be able to manage outgoing and incoming customer complaints and product related quires, managing them efficiently.
2. Responsible for customer feedback and provide product wise information and solutions.
3. Should have good communication and understanding skills
4. Should be responding to international (US) Customer queries on call.
5. Should be experienced with international incoming and outgoing calls
6. should be comfortable working in Night Shift (No rotational shifts)
7. Fixed 5 days working (Monday to Friday).
8. Cabs and Food are provided as complimentary.
