Job Description :
- Vineforce is looking for a seasoned B2B product and solutions marketing specialist with a strong background in the data security and cloud domains to join our growing team. The candidate must have a proven track record of developing simple and consumable messaging, content, and collateral in various forms to convey the value proposition including solutions developed with its ecosystem partners. The candidate must have the attitude to own problems and solutions, with a build, fix and scale mentality.
- Develop highly differentiated messaging and value proposition:
- Candidate will work with marketing, product, and sales organizations to develop audience-centric messaging, collateral, and other assets that convey the value proposition of the company to its respective buying centers, leveraging its various routes to market
- Candidate will be responsible for content on the website, working with web development, marketing, and design teams
- Candidate will contribute to social media-based amplification efforts via the blog and other outlets
- Candidate will develop content to inform, educate and train business development teams, new hires, sales organizations, and channel partners. Seller enablement material will be a significant priority for this position.
- Candidate will serve as an evangelizer for products and solutions at internal and external events, participating in events, webinars, and other such forums from time to time
- Candidate will be responsible for initiatives associated with developing competitive briefs, battle cards, and other such material to allow the organization to excel in a competitive landscape
- Candidate will develop impactful content for marketing campaigns leading to the creation of a healthy pipeline
- Candidate will develop solutions and assets working closely with product organizations and alliance partner organizations
- Candidate will verticalize messaging and solutions as appropriate as well as straddle business and technology messages and assets
- Candidate will engage with media, analysts, and other organizations from time to time as appropriate
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess a background in marketing security products and solutions. Having experience in cloud products and offerings is a big plus.
- Candidate must excel in simple and crisp messaging, memorable positioning, and articulation of value proposition across all forms of content
- Seller enablement experience is a huge plus including creating messaging and content for sales and channel enablement, training, and gamification
- Must be excellent at content creation including collateral in all forms and presenting the content in a professional manner to internal and external audiences
- Must have good storytelling experience and be able to create compelling narratives and engage audiences in virtual as well as in-person engagements.
- Should be comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and high English proficiency across written and verbal
- Low ego, collaborative mindset, and cultural fit that focuses on doing the right thing and doing the thing right
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise :
- Great working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft word
- Domain expertise in security, cloud, and deep tech topics
- Working in a fast-paced start-up environment while building processes to scale
