Hiring for Chat process Associate for Non Voice Chat Process
Job Description
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers
- Analyse and report service requests (for example, existing case, file information and new service enquiries)
- Update our internal databases with information about enquiries and useful discussions with Customers.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance, Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new services
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- US rotational Shifts
Requirements (Desires skills):
- Have high standard of customer service mind-set
- Should be tech savvy, comfortable with using various live chat software and ability to multitask.
- Have good sales skills.
- Have excellent written communication skills and ability to deliver message in a concise manner
- Can think on your feet, meet customers at their level, and improvise during a conversation.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Industry Preference: BPO / ITES
Education: Graduate with Minimum 1-2 years of experience in International Chat support.
