Job Description :

- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Vinculum, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential enterprise clients.

- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead qualification activities. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will leverage your communication skills and industry knowledge to engage prospects, educate them about Vinculum's solutions, and nurture relationships to create sales-ready opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting activities to identify potential enterprise clients within defined industries and verticals, including Fashion, Beauty and Cosmetics, Healthcare, Home Improvement, Baby products, Pet Products, Sports, Toys, FMCG, and Grocery.

- Utilize various channels such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking events to engage with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry insights to identify new business opportunities.

Qualification and Pipeline Management :

- Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with Vinculum's target market and ideal customer profile.

- Assess prospects' needs, pain points, and business challenges to determine fit and readiness for further engagement.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align prospecting efforts with overall business objectives and campaign strategies.

- Provide valuable feedback and insights from prospect interactions to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and sales processes.

- Communicate effectively with prospects to articulate Vinculum's value proposition, product features, and competitive advantages.
