Vincular - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships, generate new opportunities in th marketplace and develop a business lead pipeline.
2. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
3. Develops and executes an outbound prospecting plan to targeted companies to deliver qualified meetings.
4. Conducting market research to determine customer needs and industry trends.
5. Collaborating with other departments like Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, Admin team to ensure effective communications and efficient operations.
6. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders within the organization, taking progress reporting, and controlling project execution timelines.
7. Ensure timely payments and recovering outstanding on time.
8. Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
9. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
10. Search, plan and attend seminars, webinars, campaigns, meetings relevant to the compliance industry
and submit reports to COO.
Profile Requirements: -
1. High Result Oriented person with well-defined objectives to achieve goals.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through.
4. Provide an excellent level of professionalism and service in responding to general and customized client requests.
5. Able to travel to different cities in India and Abroad as per the business requirements.
6. Growth mindset, focused on improving business outcomes.
7. Familiarity with CRM software.
8. Well-versed with MS-Tools like MS-Excel, PowerPoint and good at Database Management,
