Vincular - Lead Generation Specialist (1-3 yrs)
As a part of the Business Development team, your role will involve generating a consistent set of high-quality leads. The role requires leading initiatives such as well-researched smart calling and targeted email marketing.
Responsibilities include :
1. Generating Leads :
- Utilize various platforms or channels to identify potential leads which includes online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
2. Prospecting :
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
3. Sales Pitch :
- Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate about the services of company to prospective clients.
4. Co-ordination and Collaboration with team's :
- Work closely with Business Development and Project team to hand off qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful deal closures.
- Work with the Marketing team closely to generate leads and increase our presence amongst our customers.
5. Other Responsibilities include :
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Visit Clients and attend relevant trade shows, Seminars, conferences, and webinars relevant to the business.
Skills required :
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development.
- Good communication (written & oral) with ability to understand technical information.
- Experience in B2B sales is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills used to build strong relationships and networking with Clients.
- Result oriented and honest about making commitments.
- Good listening skills understanding the wants and needs of the customers and has an empathetic approach.
- Good at researching the volume of information, making analysis out of this research and sharing it with relevant stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Good at usage of application tools or MS office suite
- Flexible and agile in traveling to places and available for meetings/calls as and when needed for business requirement.
