1. Manage large amount of outgoing calls
2. Respond efficiently & accurately to callers
3. Understanding & strive to meet outbound metrics
4. Provide accurate ,valid and complete information by using multiple applications
5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
6. Keep records of customer interactions

Secondary Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Skills Familiar with 3 languages (English, Hindi & Telugu)
- Customer oriented attitude with professionalism
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication & listening skills with good up selling skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
