Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our sales team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our engineering and sales teams, providing technical expertise to support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating product capabilities, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze client drawings to understand project requirements.
- Assess the technical needs of clients and propose equivalent solutions.
- Conduct site visits for technical surveys to gather necessary information.
- Prepare VSE-specific drawings and detailed estimates.
- Develop and submit techno-commercial offers to clients, ensuring timely follow-up to secure orders.
- Represent VSE in techno-commercial meetings with clients to discuss proposals and clarify requirements.
- Create order confirmations for received contracts and oversee the monitoring of supply components.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely project completion and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee invoicing processes, follow up on advance payments, and manage payment applications.
- Conduct quantity reconciliations and initiate order amendments as necessary.
- Lead sales promotion activities, including presentations, trade fairs, and exhibitions, to expand the sales network.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Proven experience in technical sales, engineering support, or a related role.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of [specific technologies/products relevant to the company].
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling solutions for customers.
