Viiking Paymaster - Team Lead - Sales (3-5 yrs)
- Acquiring new customers.
- Develop and manage a multi channel distribution strategy including Direct Sales, Tele Marketing and Digital Acquisition.
- Team handling experience is must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target.
- Need to drive the sales target on day today basis.
- Beet route planning of the staff and above all should know the market and the competition.
- Past experience in Banking & financial, Fintech, FMCG and Mobility Products is preferred.
- Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Functional Area : Sales, Retail, Lead management, Sales Direct Selling direct marketing, direct sale lead, team lead, channel sales, distribution network.
