Role :

- Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets for the category for SELF.

- Collaborate with all functions and cross function teams to ensure successful project executions.

- Constantly look for business opportunities/expansions and strategic initiatives for the category. Articulate your team's performance on metrics and take actionable steps after reviews.

- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base. Servicing the needs of your existing customers. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers and ensuring your team does the same.

- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.

- Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.

- Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales. Help your team on the field with an arsenal of skill set that ensures prominent growth for your reportees.

- Implementing a sales management process for identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects for your team.

Requirements and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in technology, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.

- Proven sales experience: Previous experience of tech sales to DOCTORS is a MUST.

- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas by on-boarding clinics and hospitals as end customer.

- Proficient in articulating effort metrics and a funnel system.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.

- Effective communication skills.
