VIDU - Manager - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating and executing the growth plan laid out in the first responsibility.
- Responsible for optimizing the revenue funnel.
- Advise and oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continuously drive business value and return on the customer's investment
- Responsible for taking a look at customer growth, acquisition, and activation.
- You will be playing a role in customer retention, up-selling (the process of selling existing customers additional products or services) and promoting value through customer experience
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
- A self-starter who is motivated to inspire client loyalty and adoption
- An engaging collaborator that excels at initiating, building, and managing positive customer relationships
- Ability to accurately capture and translate customer feedback into a cohesive story for others within the company
- Demonstrated ability in managing cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Maintaining healthy and fruitful relationships with customers measured by Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction surveys.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 2 years customer success management, client account management, or similar role, preferably with experience in E-Learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillset to adequately engage and maintain customer relationship, especially in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English and Hindi language is must
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Patient and active listener
