VIDU - Customer Support Representative (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the point of contact to provide a professional and friendly service as well as delivering an exceptional first impression
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base / solution articles
- Serves as a Resource for customers seeking information, assistance or recommendations; A Thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities in an exceptional and timely manner.
- Demonstrates a true passion for customers by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight them and always going above and beyond.
- Maintaining healthy and fruitful relationships with customers measured by Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- A minimum of 2years experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Should be pleasant and empathetic while they- re interacting with customers.
- Multitask seamlessly between tasks like handling high priority tickets, documenting solution articles, and preparing notes for meetings/events in a way such that their time and energy is divided optimally.
