VideoKen - Sales & Marketing Role (0-1 yrs)
VideoKen is looking to hire a sales and marketing fresher (SDR). By joining our Business Team, you'll get to use your lead generation know-how and passion for people to make a direct impact on VideoKen and its revenue growth. You'll expand your skills in working with leaders & industry experts, develop industry expertise, and influence the development of new sales best practices. You will be working with a team that brings a HUGE amount of positive energy, motivation and team spirit at VideoKen
Responsibilities :
- Build a list of prospects from various sources for VideoKen ICP (Ideal customer persona)
- Enrich the list (contact details and buying intent)
- Cold outreach find and speak with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Nurture leads and sets up qualified appointments.
- Build different types of content for touch points (email, SMS, blog, social post, LinkedIn in-mail etc)
- Build rapport, with prospects over LinkedIn.
- Represent the VideoKen brand as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Use a CRM to track and score leads throughout the customer journey.
- Ready to work in US shifts when required.
Requirements :
- 0-1 yr of product marketing experience. Some experience in B2B SaaS product marketing would be an advantage.
- An ability to understand tech and business software including buyer behaviour and ideal customer profiles and translate tech content into marketing material.
- Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications experience in any lead generation tools is a plus.
- Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to find the best solution
- Incredible verbal and written communication skills.
- Coachable and able to take and implement constructive criticism.
- Ability to learn and use new technology in a relatively quick manner.
