We are looking for a creative and skilled YouTube Video
Creator & Editor to join GlamGuider.com, a platform dedicated to organic and sustainable beauty. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, skincare, and lifestyle content, with experience in creating high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly YouTube videos.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality YouTube videos related to organic beauty, skincare routines, product reviews, and DIY tutorials.
- Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos with engaging visuals, smooth transitions, animations, and subtitles to enhance audience engagement.
- SEO Optimization: Implement best practices for YouTube SEO, including keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and video tags.
- Thumbnail & Graphics: Design eye-catching thumbnails and on-screen graphics using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in beauty, skincare, and YouTube content strategies to create viral-worthy content.
- Content Repurposing: Edit videos for Instagram Reels and Shorts to maximize engagement across platforms.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to align video strategies with GlamGuider's brand vision.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven experience in YouTube video creation, editing, and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or CapCut is a plus.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle content creation is highly preferred.
- Ability to write engaging video scripts and structure content for high watch time.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
- Experience in YouTube analytics and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
