Office time : 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM (NIGHT SHIFT ONLY)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Calling techniques on prospects and persuading a potential customer to enroll in a product or service.

2. He/She must show a willingness to learn new things on a regular basis.

3. Explain products or services and respond to consumer inquiries.

4. Follow the scripts and probe to target better.

5. Every issue must be discussed with its supervisor or team leader in order to be resolved.

6. Build trust, respect people, communicate effectively, drive execution, create innovation, focus on the consumer, collaborate, solve challenges creatively, and be honest.

Skills Required :

- Should have good oral and written communication.

- An effective communicator is probably fluid with what he/she is speaking.

- Should be computer literate.

- Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in the sector.

- Should be patient enough and motivated towards learning new things and execute it effectively on a daily basis.
