Victrix Systems & Labs - Lead Generation Specialist (0-4 yrs)
Job Location: Margao, Goa [Work from Office]
Role: Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying and generating leads in the US market to develop new business opportunities.
- Prospecting (via cold calling, emailing, and networking).
- Know and understand the assigned territory
- Set appointments with potential US customer's so that the manager can position the company's products and services to them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.
- Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.
- Assist with strategy, creation and implementation of current/future marketing campaigns
- Work closely with sales managers/Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
- Enter contact information into contact management systems (when necessary)
- Provide support to social media efforts
- Strives to meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Report on weekly and monthly metrics.
- Maintain clean and crisp records of the activities, account details, and other sheets.
- Flexible to work in night shift.
Qualification:
- Eligibility: BCA/ B. Sc./Any Computer Science Graduate, fresher or experienced may apply
- Basic knowledge of Information Technology services industry is a plus
- Experience using CRM/sales software preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
