Victrix Systems & Lab - Inside Sales Role (3-6 yrs)
Location : Pune/Remote
Experience : 3+ years
Job Responsibilities :
A) Market Research & Analysis :
- Developing a database of key decision makers from target companies.
- Conducting research on market trends on technology and competitors' services
- Build networks within responsible geography or domain for customer need generation or early identification
- Collaborate with Marketing team to analyse campaign effectiveness and identify areas of improvements by articulating new strategies.
B) Business Development & Lead Generation :
- Generate new leads through exhaustive market research, email campaign, outbound cold calls and social media. Target customers will be from USA, Canada & North America.
- Ensure timely Follow-ups with inbound leads to understand customer needs/pain points and qualify the leads.
- Upon successful discovery, set-up appointments/demos/presentations with Sales Managers or presales team.
- Collaborate with different business stakeholders to answer the queries wrt to Demo/Solution/ Negotiation and freezing on commercials with necessary documentation.
- Increase repeat Business / Incremental revenue by up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Hands on experience on CRM, Data research tools, selling SaaS in INDIA & US market.
Qualifications And Work Experience :
- Master's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience.
