JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Research & Analysis : 

- Developing a database of key decision makers from target companies.

- Conducting research on market trends on technology and competitors- services

- Build networks within responsible geography or domain for customer need generation or early identification

- Collaborate with Marketing team to analyse campaign effectiveness and identify areas of improvements by articulating new strategies.

Business Development & Lead Generation : 

- Generate new leads through exhaustive Market Research, email campaign, outbound cold calls and social media.

- Follow-ups with inbound leads and understand customer needs/ pain points and qualify the leads.

- Conduct meetings with potential clients for presentations.

- Work with key stakeholders to answer the queries/ negotiation and freezing on commercials with necessary documentation.

- Increase repeat Business / Incremental revenue by up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to existing customers.

- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE : 

- Master's degree in business administration or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
