Vice President - Sales - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)
Job Summary :
To ensure that the target set for a project sales team for the month is achieved at any cost. Keeping the team motivated and well versed with the product they are selling. To make sure the management is at all time in complete sync with the ground.
Key Responsibilities and Duties :
- Managing multiple projects under one or more areas in one cluster
- Setting up weekly targets for the Teams and strategizing with them to achieve it
- Identifying prospects and opportunities for the week and supervising the progress
- Ensuring smooth functioning of sales processes on all project under you every day
- Proactively working towards the product development and training of the sales team so they can impress the clients visiting the site.
- Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction.
- Reporting on sales activities, opportunities for the week, lost leads with reasons to senior management to Directors
- Accountability of all leads and check if they have been entered in the system correctly
- Accountability of all closures and ensure if the calculation and payments terms are not misrepresented
- Ensure timely recovery of payments, registrations and disbursement as per the check point or timelines confirmed at the time of booking
- Trouble shooting in case the Purchaser is faulting on payments or banking
- Creating fortnightly reports for the Directors and the Developer
- Managing the Team
- Ideating towards new marketing strategies or sourcing strategies
- Creating and managing a network of Channel Partners in coordination with the Sourcing teams.
- Curating special payments plans, offers, discounts to enable faster sales
